We called a few days ahead of our arrival, Dinah was our first contact in New Orleans. Finally arrived and met Dinah face to face. What a lovely way to start our New Orleans visit!!!
She is such a delight, and true to her word that she would have the laundry ready. The place is clean, and stocked. She asked what detergent we preferred etc. The pick up was easy and so well organized, if i had time I wanted to ask how to fold the clothing to save space in the luggage!
Thank you Dinah, would highly recommend Suds dem duds (love the name) for travelers!!!!

Omg I love this tiny laundromat - Dinah is so friendly & helpful & she was blasting The Doors I mean c'mon she was a real one.
Free soap & close to lots of cafes and shops so you can check that out while you wait to switch out your clothes

Easy location to get to. Did our own washing and drying cost about $6 for a full load. Soap was free to use. Staff were helpful though a little frazzled about their own workload

Dinah is truly a glorious gem! In town on business and went out of my way to go to this laundromat, which is just what you need: clean, efficient, and FUN! We spent the time chatting like friends, but it was probably the shot of Irish Whiskey she offered me that got the ball rolling. She’s got everything you need so just bring your dirty clothes in and let the good times roll! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

A lot of the machines are broken, the lady that runs the place is obnoxious. Overall, a cheap vibe. I would walk the two blocks and go to the Lost Sock.
