Hate to do this, I know others have good experiences here but it was so frustrating to do my own laundry in this place. They were using almost all the dryers for their wash & fold service and got snippy when I tried to use a table briefly to separate my clothes. The manager also hung over me and got short with me for not noticing a hand-written sign somewhere about not washing shoes (it was my first visit). I'm not going to be back, she won't have to worry about it happening again. Add to that the amount of griping and trash talk she was spewing on other customers (some of it fat shaming them in front of strangers) and it's just too much. I really wish someone, anyone, would put a decent laundromat anywhere near the French Quarter.

Fantastic service! So friendly and helpful. Dropped off washing and was dropped off to our hotel by the evening all folded and wrapped up beautifully. Recommend very highly!

Dinah was amazing. We were able to go about our day of sightseeing while she did indeed ‘Suds our Duds.’ She packed up the little parcel neatly and everything is lovely and fresh. Thank you Dinah, best service in New Orleans. Great value too.

We were over for two weeks staying in the CBD for two weeks. We needed somewhere to wash out clothes and did some Googling and found Suds Dem Duds. Honestly this place is an institution. Amazing service, good prices but more importantly there’s Dinah, who is a living legend and showed us the best of Southern hospitality, including fanta orange and tequila (winning combo) while we waited for the Uber. Even if you had 3 pairs of socks to wash, I would take them here just to meet her. Can’t give enough stars.

Wonderful service! Dropped off a week’s worth of my travel clothes in morning — got them back freshly laundered and delivered to my hotel by late afternoon. $30 for 10 lbs.
