This is my first experience at this business, and it’s leaving with me with a bad impression. While I was waiting for my laundry to dry, I was browsing social media and clicked on an instructional workout video and was proceeding to lower the volume to a low, personal level, and the attendant yelled across the room for me to put in ear phones. I did not mind doing this and understand that this is a good policy to have, however she was having an EXTREMELY loud conversation with another woman for what seemed to be at least 10 minutes. The volume of their conversation (yelling at each other even though they were standing next to one another) combined with the volume of the television which was obnoxious to bear the whole time, was borderline intolerable. If the volume of the television had been turned down a notch, perhaps the two women wouldn’t have needed to be yelling to speak. I am obviously annoyed by this because the attendant yelled across the room at me for having something playing for not even 5 seconds. I feel like better customer service skills could have been implemented there, like walking over to me and explaining the policy. Hopefully I will not have to return here.

Very unclean, washers smell terrible, have hair in them and are downright disgusting. I tried using one of their washers and there was a TOOTH inside. Also extremely overpriced for such small washers.

The lady is so rude in this place, when I need to wash my work uniform she always seems like she's unhappy, very disappointing

Last load in at 8:30 Ooen until 10pm. I got here with two small loads at 8:20 and the lady locked the door.
