It’s a good place overall but the employees are rude and nosy. They would just come up to you and start bawling for just folding your laundry right out of the dryer.

Id give zero stars if possible for this place.

When i began using their drop off service, it was same day pickup if dropped off early morning (told to me by a manager). This past dropoff took over 24 hours to get completed, and all i got was "i sorry lady" and an extremely rude manager (name is vanessa or something like that) who openly lied to my face and told me loudly i was rude when i was attempting to explain the situation. If the pickup time isn't going to be same day, those expectations should be outlined clearly, which they were not.

Avoid this place at all costs for drop off service!! There are plenty of laundromats in Worcester to go to without having to deal with bad management and no communication (because no Vanessa, you didn't say any of the things you're claiming to have said).

Couldnt follow simple launder instructions and ruined extremely valuable garments. While waiting for washer and dryer repair we used this laundry service. They disregarded my basic instructions (wash cold & medium heat to dry) & shrunk my discontinued & expensive pants, by about 4 inches waist and legnth making them unbearable for me- they gave us a suds credit🙄 like I want a a credit to use at a place to ruin more of my things? So few days goes by & my bf needed to launder his thing I decided not to use suds for any of my close But had sent them blanket of mine in with my boyfriends things a few days later- it was a beautiful extremely furry blanket that my mother had given me for Xmas, & it came back from them with ALL the fur gone off it COMPLETELY RUINED. It meant alot to me was very sentimental and is just plain irreplaceable. I highly recommend if you care about your laundry DO NOT use this company bcoz the only 2 times I ever used them they destroyed my items.
