When I first signed up for the pick-up/delivery service, I received a friendly call outlining all the details of the service. However, today when I called to see when I could expect my laundry back, 1) I was hung up on and 2) when I called back I was told I should "be a little patient" from a very rude person. When paying $40+ for my laundry, I expect a little better customer service. Not sure I will utilize this service again.

I’ve been coming here for over 1 year. Usually my experience is normal I go in do my laundry and leave. Unfortunately today, 12/31/19, when I went to use my card on my machine for only one load, it declined my card the first time and accepted the second time I swiped. Two $15.00 charges were added to my card. I have been here before so I know the prices and process for the $15.00 charge. The problem was that when I went to ask the older woman employee why I was charged twice for only one load, she immediately dismissed my claim saying to come back in two days with a statement and then maybe they can help. Her disposition was not very helpful, almost rude. When I asked who the owner was so I could give them a call, she claimed that it was private and she could not give me any more information. If you guys value your customer service like I have read in the previous reviews, I suggest you give your staff a class on customer service. Unfortunately this has not been my first time getting a rude reply and from what I have read above it seems this is a recurring event. I will be doing my laundry elsewhere.
