Best laundromat I’ve found in Worcester so far. Clean, friendly staff, rarely machines out of order. The dryers are amazing in comparison in laundromax and the likes. Will fry your clothes really fast. You don’t have to use a load money onto a card or use coins, you can pay with your credit card right on the machines! Lots of seating and there’s a really affordable grocery store as well as dollar tree next door if you want to knock out multiple errands at once. Really recommend this place.

Was there a few days ago to do laundry. First time in and found it clean. That said, I had a debit card with 7.91 left on it and went to scan it to pay for laundry. Machine cost 5.75. It declined my payment and took all 7.91 and didn't turn machine on. Went to clerks to ask for refund and they said there had to be a minimum of 15$ on card and it will refund my card. 4 days later and I still have not gotten a refund. They are very shady and am going to report to city inspectors for fraud.

Hi Joseph - we are checking in to confirm that the pending charge was removed from your card. The payment processing is handled by a credit card processing company (and therefore we have no control over it) and because it is considered a micro-transaction, the processor checks for $15 of credit availability to start the machines (batches in such increments). Customers are only charged for the actual value of the machines used, and are only charged when the customer's processing company approves the pending charge overnight. Therefore, especially at this juncture, there should be no pending or actual charge to your statement. Feel free to call for any more details, but everything should be all set.

They need to fix MULTIPLE dryers that are out of order. They charge enough to invest in upkeep. Also, some of the washers smell, and they don't clean the parts. Staff does a great job of keeping the place clean and organized, but management needs to address maintenance
