I used the pick up and delivery service for a small load of clothes, basically some shorts , tank tops , 2 towels and 2 pullovers. I was charged $30 and upon return of the clothes i find that the 2 pullovers are missing. Almost 2 weeks later i have received no response from the company on my complaint. I would not recommend this company or service.
More than once I've been turned away even though I got there well before last wash at 8:30 and other people were allowed to do theirs. They simply take down the hours and go home.
Horrible service . They charge your credit card any amount they want without any explanation. Don’t fall in their trap .
Hi Deepti - we sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. Lab coats are specialty items that are charged on a per item basis (similar to a comforter or pillow), rather than on a per pound basis, given the fabric quality and processes that are required to launder to the highest standards. This price was charged for the seven weeks of service, and is the standard price for the item. Given the quantity and consistency, we are happy to offer a volume discount. But the pricing would still be based on the number of lab coats rather than the weight, which is consistent with industry practices. Please call us to further discuss and structure the best solution possible. Again, we apologize for any pricing misunderstanding and look forward to coming up with something that works. Cheers!

Great place your clothes actually are clean and dryers awesome
Suds is extremely clean. The employee's are nice and pleasant to deal with and it is located next to a place for great wings, a decently priced supermarket and the $$ store. All in all, if you have to do laundry this is the better place to do it!
