Would have been 5 stars but for the price. Usually bring 10 bucks for my laundry. Took around 16 bucks here. Busy place. Other than that petty clean. Located near a Price Right and a Dollar Store. Not a bad location either off a main road.

First Visit they took at least four days to give me my laundry back, Went back because they were the closest laundry to me. Pick up my laundry the next day and when I get home…I was meeting clothes, when I called the laundry, the guy said that there were a bag and some clothes in hangers left behind he apologize and when I go the next morning, I rude girl hand me the clothes in the hangers And said there were nothing else, I explained to her that the person from the night before confirmed what was left behind and with an ugly attitude said well “that’s what is here”.

The laundry is good. It has good machines and everything, but the staff that attends are terrible, they behave badly, they are rude and they can’t even answer if you ask for help

They make you have a bad time

When I got my laundry done at suds up they did not tell me how much it weight or how much a cost I had to check my balance at the bank there is no way one load of laundry would weigh more than 40 pounds that cost $75 I did my laundry same bag at a different place and it was 28 pounds. They most likely put more weight to earn more money. But its all good never getting laundry done there again.

Response from the owner

Hi Niss - we apologize for any misunderstanding there may have been when you set up the pickup and delivery account. The laundry is weighed by the driver when he returns to the facility. Your laundry weighed 47 lbs, and the invoice was generated by the computer system at the per pound price based on the plan that you chose (weekly vs. on-demand). Our scale is certified by the City of Worcester to ensure exact measurement. If you would like to drop off you can see the digital scale reading in order to avoid any confusion in the future. We apologize for any misunderstanding and hope to be able to serve you again. Thanks!

Do NOT go here. I had to wash basically everything when I was moving so my landlord arranged pick up. They were sooooo mad they had to come pick up a lot of laundry. Gave my landlord a bad attitude and said someone better be there to help load it and threatened (before even picking up) that if we didn’t pay they’d throw everything await.
They dropped the laundry off in plastic bags but I didn’t open the bags for about a week. When I did some things were still wet so completely molded and had to be thrown away. On top of that ALL of my son’s hoodies are missing.

Worcester's worst laundry, hampers are stolen, staff don't answer for what happened and people forget to take their clothes out of the dryer. I really don't recommend it

The staff working the 1:00 pm shift are rude. I asked them for help twice, and their responses and attitude were very discourteous. They should be reminded that their job is to serve the public. I will never return to this laundromat.
