Card readers put a 15 dollar hold on your card, so if you have less than that, but enough to do your laundry, you still won't be able to do your laundry.
Hi Michael. The sad thing about your review, is that each Financial Institution has their own policies.
We have absolutely NO control. We never leave our laundromat unattended. We are very involved with our customers and our community. Our "Loyalty Cards" are easily to obtain or we are always welcoming tourists and travelers with our own card to use for our system. We offer discounts, free dries, and money automatically placed back on your cards with our point system. We offer a LOT of incentives to our customers and they really appreciate it.
I sure am disappointed that you weren't please with your visit. Unfortunately, It's our banking institutions.
Awesome place that is new and extremely clean. Easy to use swipe cards that has an app associated so you can add money to your card online and even check how busy the place is depending on how many machines are in use. The owners are extremely nice and very helpful.

Traveling through the Gulf Coast we found positive reviews for this business. Not using a laundromat since our 20's and now retired, we were reluctant at best. From the moment we entered our minds were put to ease. This place is not only clean, the owner greets you and is there to help you navigate the new machines, and answer any questions. Above and beyond is the only way to describe this fine establishment.
Thank you for very much for your kind & honest review. We designed our laundromat to be unique & uplifting. Clean & SAFE! We too were semi-retired. We were RVers for 17 years & have been to some scary laundromats ourselves! That's why we strive to implement "Customer Service" to all. Again, thank you & hope to see you again. We were visiting Gulfport for 6 weeks and we're very happy to find this laundry mat that is people And pet friendly.
The owner walked us through his to operate the machines,which are all new. He is so kind and friendly. Very nice to not have to us coins. You get a card and load it and get perks.
(Kind of like a cash discount for gas)
You can also use a regular credit card but you would miss out on the perks.
