Well first of all I would love to compliment the staff/owner(s). The man that helped me was patient and a good explainer, as I never gone there before..
I felt welcomed and safe..
The prices are reasonable in my opinion.
Also, the machines/place seem to be really cept up.

A very wonderful experience!
On a cross-country road trip and received the warmest welcome from the laundromat owners, who helped us figure out the machines and also shared stories and conversation while waiting for the clothes to finish.
The laundromat is very clean and well maintained, the prices are very fair, the atmosphere is uplifting and we just overall had a great time!
Highly recommended -- would give 10 stars if possible!

Absolutely 100% the best laundromat on the coast. Super friendly staff, Always spotless clean and the customer service is next level good. I had 2 brand new white chef coats that had pen ink all over them And Ms. Sally worked HARD scrubbing it out for me with a rag & a tooth brush for a solid 20 minutes (they were next level bad) before they even got thrown in the wash. Came out pretty much spotless! If ur looking for a good laundromat to become apart of this is the spot.

I got off at 530 made it there at 609 today just to dry 2 small loads but the guy who works there told me it was to late that they close at 7. Bad customer service.
Hi Dana, Here is how ALL laundromats operate. Last Load in 1 hour before closing. We close at 7pm, which means no loads of any kind after 6pm. We make exceptions from time to time. Had we not already made plans, we would have accommodated you. IF anyone is not in our facility at 6pm, we close. We had our car running and I was turning off all the lights and setting the alarm. We are open at 8 am. Which means we work anywhere between 10 to 12 hours depending. I'm sorry if you feel that it is bad customer service that we had everything shut down and didn't let you come in to dry your clothes for another 30 or 45 min. Whether it be a laundromat or Walmart, if they are closed, they are closed. I'm sure you are tired after working as you mentioned. You just got off from work. We treat all of our customers with respect and like laundromat family as best we can. Our reviews speak volume. If you felt to write a bad review because we had already closed and had been here since 8am, then I'm sorry that we disappointed you. God Bless you.
