This place has quickly gone downhill. The owner clearly does not have pride in it - the equipment is often broken, prices are on the high side AND he just removed and replaced machines with ones full of mold. Highly DO NOT recommend. I won't be coming here anymore.

This laundromat SUCKS. The machines NEVER work and they will NOT refund you your STOLEN money, even if you scan the code and report the problem.

I was very excited to find another laundromat in my area that was open 24 hours! I had tried this place once before, but I found it to be expensive compared to other's in the area. It is $5 to wash the smallest load, which I thought was smaller then most washers. The regular sized dryers were .25 for 5 mins, but keep an eye on them because the doors don't always stay shut very well and can open leaving the time still running without it drying your clothes!
The area seemed safe for the most part, very quiet since it was late. The outside and parking area is brightly lit. The inside however could have been cleaner for sure. There was trash on the floors and a few garbage bags filled with clothes and trash by the door. It definitely could benefit from someone coming in once or twice a day, checking the trash, sweeping & mopping, and cleaning the dryer vents. Was it disgusting? Now, not at all, but I can see it quickly becoming disgusting without someone maintaining it.
There was a radio on, which is nice, but no way to change the channel or control the volume. Another thing I noted was the shortage of laundry carts there, I think there were 5 altogether. I was happy that there was another option for a 24 hour laundromat in the area that wasn't all the way in concord and maybe with a few tiny tweaks this could have more stars. It definitely has the potential.

EDIT2: Now you need an app to pay? This place is a dump, getting worse every time. Prices up, fewer options. I'm at the point where I'm going to stay in a bad relationship so I can do laundry at her house.

EDIT: All they did is put up signs. Prices went up, but that's probably their costs. Not always maintained. Machines occasionally steal money which is why i use a credit card. Tried contacting once and got no reply.

New owners just bought it who seem to be putting some money into it instead of squeezing money out of it. They have started to upgrade things and i hope they do more. You can now contact them with issues, which was less obvious with the previous owner. Wish the prices weren't the highest in the area still, but good to see these changes.
