Brought an ivory silk blouse here for dry cleaning for my first time - I was a bit weary but I thought what can they do? It's completely destroyed. It's a gray/pink color now, and the sleeves were folded by a crease, but now they're sewn and unevenly and the original crease is gone. It's embarrassingly bad. I will never go back, and I wouldn't trust them with anything. Do NOT dry clean anything here unless you want it to be ruined

Please avoid the dry cleaning service and at this place. Don’t let dry clean your clothes or hem or fix anything. I brought my coat there to get a new zipper. All the lady did was attach the zipper hook back on. A five minute fix cost me 18,00 dollars. They didn’t replace my zipper or stitch another jacket. There a rip off. They charge a dollar for powdered laundry detergent for a dollar for one wash. They have a machine where you can buy laundry detergent.
