I was referred to this cleaners. The lady was kind when she took my items. I was VERY clear and VERY specific that these articles were not preshrunk and dry clean ONLY. She said she understood. Needless to say when I returned the items were damp and had shrunk two sizes as indicated on the label. The male owner was rude and shouted "it's not my problem!!!" and walked to the back. Do NOT give these people your money or business. This is the worst merchant in any industry that I have encountered.
