my opinion is directed to the rules of the place, the place lets children run from one side to another, or people stay in the aisle of the washing machines, not giving permission to occupy the machines, they should regulate this type of thing, please. Once, I witnessed a child turn off the machines

I was a completely new user to this facility and the state of the art equipment. Everyone was extremely helpful and attentive to me a novice. The ATTENDANT was OUTSTANDING in her constant and continuous work of sanitation and cleaning . I would come back again. Even the other patrons went out of their way to help me. I am oxygen dependent and any exertion is a strain . Thank you one and all for a memorable day of help .

NEW TERRITORY APPAREL

I usually come here earlier in the day and have no issues but needed to come a bit later in the day this time. Despite Google and the sign on the door stating they closed at 12am, the staff immediately told me at 9:45pm when I walked in that they closed at 10pm. If they do close at this time then they need to update the signage and Google. Could’ve saved me some time and gas driving over here.

My clothes dryer at home crapped out on me so I had to head to a laundromat and this was the closest to me. Machines run on prepaid cards which you can purchase and load here. You can use cash or a credit card to load value. I noticed that the washers are different prices based on capacity (i.e. the smaller the machine, the cheaper to wash). But dryers are free. Machines washed well and dryers are hot. Place is clean and wifi is available! There are TVs to entertainment you as well. Nice facility if I ever need a laundromat again.

Very clean I will give him that but no one there speaks english and there's always 6 to 10 little kids running around knocking stuff off the tables riding in the carts all the TVs are full blast on Telemundo and then they have the radio on Spanish music so loud it's distorted if you can go in there with headphones in and ignore the children you're going to get a good price to wash your clothes and free dry and it's clean but throw your stuff in the washer and leave then come back and throw your stuff and in the dryer. There's no way you can stand being in there the whole time it's too chaotic

Very clean, lots of machines. And the young lady working there was so kind and helpful. She went out of her way to help me get a card, etc. as soon as she saw that I was new to the place. Thank you, I’ll be back!

This place is very extremely clean, and organized. The staff are nice, and show smiles each time I come through. The washers and dryers are wonderful to use and I love the cash card, because they're less work with having to deal with coins. The reason I gave 4 stars ✨⭐ is because I have to literally wait until someone finds a staff member to speak English. Besides that it's a really beautiful center and parking is there as well as laundry items and even a small area to shop and grab snacks at.

It takes about 45mins- 1 hour to wash and dry clothes. It's clean and the staff are friendly. They have different sized washers. Dryers are free. The have a card system that you load money on your laundry card
