Attendent gone a lot. Floor is too dirty. Emergency stop on washer stole my 2.75 so I had to add another 2.75. Dryers are confusing as to which slot and temps can't be changed after starting. Looking forward to my own washer a d dryer. /:(

I've been coming here for years. I believe in the importance of supporting local business especially in a neighborhood like white center. Today I went in and like normal put my laundry on to wash and was waiting in my car. Less then 2 minutes after it finished I walked in and found someone removed my stuff. I was informed it was a worker. I went over and told this women to please not touch my laundry. If it's been 10 or even 5 minutes I might understand but it wasn't even 2. She got pretty rude, pretty quick. It's I very reasonable not to want some stranger to touch my clothes. She starts getting loud in the lobby in front of maybe 15 people and then tells me I'm not allowed back. Moral of this story, holly the owner is a jerk. Will not return and will continue to to advocate against this women.
This is an unfortunate event. Holly did remove your laundry from a washer after seeing all washers were being used and calling out for the owner of the finished wash to unload the laundry which you didn’t hear because you were not in the laundromat. So in order to help a waiting customer she unloaded your laundry. We have signs posted around the mat informing customers unattended laundry will be removed, which we only do after trying to find the owner of the laundry. When you came in you immediately confronted Holly in an aggressive forceful manner even after she explained our policy about helping customers waiting for machines. That is why she told you to take your business elsewhere. Our customer service philosophy doesn’t have room for aggressive forceful customers. I am sorry we lost you.

The staff here are diligent in cleaning and sanitizing surfaces as well as keeping laundry moving when busy. The owners are super friendly and willing to help with any issues that come up.
Nice Clean laundromat and get to use your quarters instead of buying a card so that's a plus they have extra big washers and dryers so I kind of like this place
