I'm not going to lie I was extremely unsure of this location due to the reviews and notoriety of this area but to my surprise this place isn't bad at all.
There is a Hispanic blond lady who has excellent customer service she made the process easy. You get a card load it up on a touch pad by the front and start your washers it's also free drying if you wash here. The prices range from $4.20 to $16.20. The store definitely needs some TLC so that is a downside but nothing major. The place is well kept and cleanly maintained. I would suggest coming during the week not weekends as the lady described these being the busiest days which I can say was my experience. All in all it’s a good spot for the neighborhood with decent prices I would say I will be back soon.

If you pay to wash you dry for free. Half the time there's no staffing working if you need assistance. I paid to wash a load & the locking mechanism broke so my bedding had to stay locked in. No phone number available to call. There's Always minimum of 4 washers & 6 dryers out of order. Water flooded the whole floor one day. It was chaotic.

On December 31 at around 8:20AM I came to this location to wash. It was incredibly full there were no washers available as people were leaving their clothes in the machines after they were supposed to be drying. There was an old white man with glasses who I presumed was a worker as he had a bag and keys heading towards the office. I asked him to empty out the washers three separate times while he locked himself in the office as we had been waiting for a while with no assistance already. He proceeded to rudely gesture me away saying that no he wasn't responsible for doing that. So now I'm curious as what exactly else is he responsible for then if not assisting customers? His dismissive attitude towards me was unacceptable and I'm very hesitant to come back after this situation. He left in a hurried manner after leaving me ignored which I consider disrespectful as if I wasn’t worth the time or a response. Be careful which companies you choose to support as they want your money but aren’t willing to help when asked.
