Spanish lady on April 12 2025 oil arrived at 8:15 with my 4 year old daughter she stated last was is at 8:30 and we close at 10 I said ok what’s the problem I’ll be done by that time she kept talking very disrespectful and didn’t stop the whole entire time I was doing laundry I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected my daughter cried because of the mean lady there was also a man Spanish that drove a older model Toyota camera green tried getting involved as well I was done with my laundry by 9:50 and cleaned any mess I made this is not tolerated and there were others as well doing laundry and I was not the last person to leave this need to be looked into it’s given racist I need to speak to hire authority and will be reaching out

Its ok.. I've recently just moved to an apartment. Coming from a single family home my whole life always having washer dryer in house this has been my first experience having to use a laundry mat. Almost all employees and other customers I've talked to are very nice. There's an older Spanish women very rude .. there's 2 other Spanish girls I've met and there very nice and helpful! Also they have free laundry detergent and fabric softener! I will continue to use this laundry mat for the time being!

Very run down. Most of the machines are out of service. All the cheaper machines are out of service. Not very clean.

Not very clean machines leave your clothes soaking wet. Very rundown. The lady at the counter was very sweet though.

Drop my clothes off and tada come back and the laundry fairy washed. Dried, and folded it all. Worth the treat occasionally when it gets to be too much!
