For the majority of each time i've been here it has been rather clean, and kept up very well.

Only cons are they don't have enough carts to go around, so you'll find yourself waiting for people to finish so you can use one. Also do not leave your soap or dryer sheets out, they will be stolen. Last time I was there the gentlemen next to me left his clothes in the dryer, went next door, came back and his personal basket was stolen. They wont look at the cameras so dont even try.

Short of that it's a great place and good location to get other things done while you wait.

Cleanest laundromat! They upgraded the machines too! I love how clean the big washers get my clothes. Takes about 1.5 hrs for me to wash and dry my family of 4 clothes compared to all dang day at my complex laundromat.

Very clean and open on Thanksgiving when everyone else has closed. To walk into a well lit, clean, laundromat that take cards and an area in the back for the kids. This please is my new go to laundromat. A1.

I highly recommend going here. It is the most well maintained and clean laundromat I've ever been in. The machines are clean and do a good job of cleaning and drying. The staff were constantly picking up and cleaning. Out of over 150 machines I think 3 had out of order signs.

[  ] In total I spent $19.75 here for 5 loads of laundry washed and dried. $10 was taken from my bank account twice. I received a refund of 25 cents within hours of finishing laundry (huntington).
[  ] I speculate that they do it this way because they have to pay per transaction. So instead of having 5 transactions each for $3, they have two.
[  ] I spent $9.39 on a bottle of detergent (20 loads worth), and Dryer sheets (15 sheets).

I went on a Sunday late morning. The place was packed but there were still plenty of places to sit and I was still able to find 5 open washers at the same time. I found a Dryer right away too.

Very clean laundry. It gets crowded on the weekends around 10:30 am - 12:00 noon. New large capacity washers and dryers. Don't leave your clothes unattended! Management will remove finished unattended loads so other patrons can use the machines.

This lady has terrible service, a bad attitude, and doesn't even want to make the minimum effort to resolve a problem with the machines. She's angry and says, "Go to another laundromat," she thinks she's the owner. I'll never return.
To the owner, please choose your employees better. They can't provide service like that with bad attitudes. I'll never return. I know I'm just one customer of many you may have, but remember that your business depends on your customers.

One of the washing machines was not producing enough water so when my clothes were done washing they were still dry. I informed the employee and she shut me down without even checking the problem , she told me to go wash at another laundry mat . Very poor customer service, this is not my first rude experience with this lady . She can’t speak proper English and when I turned my translator on to see what she was saying in Spanish to a customer she was saying rude , racial statements. It was Unbelievable. I will be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau and the state workforce department. Below is the lady that was rude, didn’t help me with my problem and was making racial statements in her language about me to another customer
