Since this business has been sold recently,it has gone down hill fast, i went last week,50%of the machines were down,people were getting angry,sure miss Eddie, Sue,and the other staff members.///Thank you to the new owner for responding, will deffinatley give your laundrymat another try when u get the new machines in,just will have to learn how to use them with the card readers,im 72 and old school with the quarters.im sure your great staff will help me.Any idea when it will reopen, went by today 1/9 an it was closed for adding new machines.

Hi Steven, thank you for sharing your concerns. I’m the new owner, and I’m very sorry to hear about your recent experience. I understand how frustrating it is to come in and find machines out of service — we’re currently working hard to turn things around.

We have already ordered brand-new washers and dryers, and they will be installed within in a month. Our goal is to bring the laundromat back to the standard customers were used to, and even better.

I truly appreciate your patience during this transition, and I hope you’ll give us another chance once the upgrades are complete

So I misunderstood the half/full wash signage on large machine. But why would anyone spend 8.25 on a large machine if they only have a half load?.. isn’t that what the smaller ones are for?
