Yeah lady kicked me out I wanted to wash a blanket and worker said they close washers at 8pm yet open till 10pm might as well close at 8pm boss or check what your employees are doing.

Me and 2 other customers had to leave ! Wow

Website states this facility closes at 10pm but they actually close at 9pm - not allowing anymore customers in after 8pm. This evening I arrived at 7:48 with 1 bag of laundry to wash. As I entered, several Hispanic women were inside right at the door while one yelled “ No more loads” and shooed me away with her hand. I’m a travel RN brought here to work in a COVID + Unit and just needed to do my laundry after getting off late. Rudest reception Ever and their hours posted are incorrect. Will never spend my money here and neither should you! Take the time to find a nicer better place to go.

The laundry is under new management so I hope anyone reviewing will take that into consideration and give the new owners a chance. However I was impressed with the work they have done where the washers are concerned. No gunk was present in the soap and fabric softener dispensers. I'm not saying that have put new equipment in, not yet but being they just took over and are working with what was present already, nicely done. I'm not looking forward to coinless machines but I guess I have to be open to the change taking place.
