I came here today and spent $7.25 on a large load washer using hot water. Later, when bringing someone else to wash clothes, we found out there is No Hot water available due to plumbing issues. The man who works here stated this as a matter of fact and almost bored and walked away. I stated there should have been some type of posting saying this, which he ignored. This laundromat only cares about taking your money. I'm waiting to see how my clothes come out and will post an update to this review to reflect my final opinion.

If you’re new to the area or traveling through and need a laundromat, I recommend this place.

I’ve been going here for 10 years and it has been a consistently well run laundromat all this time. Even though there are closer laundromats to my apartment, I go out of my way to go to this one. Most of the other local laundromats are unattended, not well kept and have inadequate or uncomfortable seating.

They have long term employees who always keep the place clean and show pride in their work.

The machines are older, but I have only rarely seen an out of order washer or dryer and they generally work well. Some dryers dry better than others, but if you go often enough you learn which ones to use.

They have a restroom and a ton of seating and folding tables. The place has a funky décor with lots of interesting live tropical plants.

It’s near shopping and I have no worries about leaving my clothes unattended since there are always attendants there who keep an eye on the place.

This is the cleanest laundromat I've ever seen. Not only is the owner conscientious about cleanliness, he's also a cool, nice guy.
Sometimes people park outside the establishment to pick up their clothes, etc. Once or twice that person has been me. Last summer, he went out of his way to save me from getting a parking ticket. ✌
All the local magazines about arts/entertainment, etc., can be found here, each in a neat, orderly pile. ;p
The owner takes a lot of pride in his business.
