They are the most rude and unhelpful people I have ever met. Seem like it was a bother for them when I asked questions. The woman rolled her eyes and started speaking Spanish to the other man. Left before even doing laundry.
I love this establishment. It's close to my home, extremely clean and Ms. PENNY is the absolute best. She keeps this laundromat and the people who use it inline.

The only reason I give this place a 4 star is cause the equipment kept breaking down as I tried to use each machine. And the reason my rating is still kinda high is because the staff quickly took the time to help me out and cover my expense after I had already put money in the machine. The guy on duty was helpful, friendly, and made sure to try and keep the place cleaned up. The neighborhood seems a little sketchy, but this is a safe place.
