I come all the the way from Methuen every Sunday to do laundry in my old Somerville neighborhood at sweet , it's automated, even entry door opens on timer, but it is creepy with people scared of masks, no masks, over reactions to it, with the weirdos who have invaded Somerville, liberal whacos from around the country, and I go on Sunday to avoid the rudest Chinese attendant with no social skills whatsoever

EDIT: at my most recent trip, I noticed that several of the washers have copious amounts of mold growing inside. So be careful about the machine you use.

Really great laundry spot. You do have to purchase a card to use the machines, but it’s only once and you don’t have to worry about having enough quarters, if the laundromat will have a working coin machine, etc. Prices are pretty comparable to other laundromats in the area

This is a small coin laundry that doesn't use coins; you buy a card, load it, and use it. Small but not crowded and clean.

This laundry mat is often dirty, messy, and multiple washers have lots of mold (see photos). There is nothing available to clean the machines with even if you wanted to.

Add to that the cost: the smallest washer is $4.25 (4.50 if you want warm water 😤) and drying is 75c per 15min (typically need 30min to fully dry a regular load).

Best laundromat around. Wash-fold is much more customized than any other service. All things considered, it is better than rinse. Sure, there are other wash-folds that are less expensive, but they don't deliver. They don't sort. They don't text you back.

Very clean! Love that they provide dryer balls, everyone should use them they are much better for health and environment.
