I am simply speechless because of the attention of the lady who is attending this laundry, she is more than excellent, she told us how to get the card to be able to have extra. Very friendly and tidy, without a doubt this will be my laundry.

Isabelle is the nicest, hardest working lady!! She keeps the place so clean, even the restroom when you are aware some unhoused people use it! She will help with anything you need, navigating the complex machines and just being super friendly. The dryers work great, no need for extra time if you don't overload. A relative used the drop off service it was very costly and attendant used too much soap but manager fixed things buy putting through a second time with no soap! Good customer service! Give Isabelle a raise, $$ she is FANTASTIC 😇

New place and clean. Still working the bugs out. Vending machine was down for quite awhile and a few machines were down.

Nearly at the end of my 5 week vacation, I've needed to do some laundry. I did choose Swift Suds because it's nearby to my hotel and of course due to the ratings.

The main attendant there is always so nice and helpful. She keeps this place very clean and orderly, and the machines are cheaper on average than most laundromats in Des Moines.
