Says it closes at 10pm. Used bathroom next door just came back at 8:21pm and doors are locked and no one is inside. My clothes are in the washer . The phone number doesn’t work and there is no way to contact anyone to get my clothes that will now sit wet in the washer for hours unless the owner see this and let’s me get my clothes. There was no warning they would be closing earlier and I was only gone 6-8 minutes. Really upset

Great laundry service. Left Capitol Hill because no one had as good reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. Yes, prices are a little higher than I remember for the city but it’s been a few years and hey, if this is the cost of friendly service right when you enter the door, machines being cleaned right after every use, and a clean space where you’re not shrieking if your clean clothes hit the floor… then shoot, I’m in. Utilities have gone up all around so I’m not that aghast by the cost of the medium to large machines (4 washer sizes to choose from). My clothes felt and smelled actually cleaned and spin dried in 25 minutes. An actual 25 minutes.. not 25 minutes + random time addition. Waiting on clothes to dry now. It’s not the prettiest surroundings but I hope they can stick around for the neighborhood for a long time.

I'll be real with my impressions @ this review -- the place is kind of a dump? A few characters roaming in/out that won't bother you << it's fine. I got in, washed/ dried my clothes and the machines worked terrifically.
Three stars plus another half star for the sketch factor/ local flava.
