New owners, prices went up. Place is going downhill. Many machines are continuously not working and folding tables always need to be cleaned.

Thank you Jesus it has been sold to new people. They have painted fixed the lights and are replacing the ceiling tiles .Things are looking up.

Pristine sure has improved over the past two years. New high capacity washers and driers. This place is clean. Wash comes out cleaner. Some laundromats screw you out of two rinses and only give you one, but here you get two before the spin out. Prices are a little high in my opinion. In all its a goid place to do your wash also their hours are the best in Northeast Philly.

Every other week they prices goes up and the workers are rude, I was waiting for my husband to get the clothes out the car since I’m pregnant and the lady said when is my husband coming because me sitting there was suspicious.

I have been coming here for years and it's pretty clean. However they have several machines and dryers that are out of order. The card machine never works right. The attendant tried to tell me there is a trick to it...no just clean your card machine or get it fixed. SHE REALLY TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME....about that damn card machine.

Convenient clean! They seem to keep the machines maintained. I know the dryers work very well!since I’ve been going here. The staff has been very nice and professional.

I go there because the women that works there I dont no her name but she's always there and I must say she's always keeping up with the place cleaning and if you need help she goes out of her way ..
