Very unprofessional place, if I could give it zero stars.. I would. Once entering this facility, you notice how many of the washers/dryers are unavailable.. more than half of them are marked by blue tape. It’s compacted, unsanitary and dirty. There are many paper signs on the walls, which makes it very hard to understand the policies. None of the vending machines worked. This place is operated by “cards”, which you load your money onto. When we went to the machine that would exchange our paper money into a plastic card, it failed. Twice. The Asian male attendant exited the office abruptly, approached us with a terrible attitude and pointed to one of many paper signs. It read that we would have to purchase a new card for .50. He said, “You have to purchase a new card, did you read the sign?” This I didn’t understand because for one, the machine said we could purchase a card here and two, we were already choosing to spend our money here, why charge extra for a card? We brought quarters which wasn’t accepted by neither the washing/drying machines nor the machine that converts money into a card. We had to make an ATM withdrawal to load cash to the card. Drying is .55 by the way for a 20 minute cycle that barely dries your clothes. This was my first time here and you can be sure that I will never visit this place again. The attendant, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the machines and everything else about this place is nasty and not welcoming.
