The Laundry Lounge is my favorite laundromat because it’s clean and has modern machines. The owners, Chris and Terry, are very nice people. All staffs are friendly and willing to help customers when they have questions with operating machines. The Laundry Lounge provides wash&fold, dry cleaning, comforter cleaning, and pickup/delivery to customers. I highly recommend this laundromat to everyone.

I loved this place but I don't think I'll be coming back here again.. Most of the staff are helpful and considerate. I am currently unhoused and never felt judged coming here...until today. Unfortunately, I am ill and this causes my immune system to become compromised. I'm not a fan of doctor's visits (🚫💉🩸🤮) but I go. My DR fearing I was catching pneumonia prescribed me a strong line of antibiotics which make me feel the need to use the bathroom for 2 different needs. Its inconvenient for me and for anyone else especially with one bathroom. Separate from that fact, I carry on my person a harm reduction kit because people I have met who are addicts will use found objects, liquids, their own internal liquids to sustain that addiction. I carry certain items to help keep people safe. But bc of my situation the redheaded woman proceeded to make comments as i left the restroom about the homeless shooting up in the bathroom and claiming to be diabetics. I am not diabetic. My grandfather died from complications due to diabetes, its no joke to me. What was even less of a joke was the implication that I was just some junkie shooting up in the restroom, cause she "saw the syringes in his bag...they all have diabetes. (Lol)", "coming in and taking hours to wash 5 shirts cause its getting colder" was when I remarked that he commentary was highly inappropriate and the presumption rude. She, rather than apologize, got nasty and said if I was going to come for her, I better come correct. I do not believe that the customer is always right but she was very, very wrong in her handling of the situation.

I like the way the machines wash; they're new, and the best thing is that you just refill your washing machine with a card, no coins required. And they always keep it clean; the people who work there are very friendly and attentive. I recommend you go wash your clothes.

I’ve been traveling all over and found myself full of dirty clothes. Came to the laundry lounge and I was able to take care of business quickly and easily. Ms. McKenzie was perfect, she was more than helpful and professional. I haven’t used laundry mats in a very long time and navigating how to wash clothes was interesting. But Ms. McKenzie helped me quickly all the while with a beautiful smile. Thank you!

Absolutely love this laundromat. It's very nice clean. They have a service where they will wash and fold your laundry. Dry cleaning is available and it's super cheap. Clean establishment.

Awesome experience. The Washing Machines are very efficient and get most of the water out of your clothing before drying. Clothing will dry fast. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Very clean facilities. Love it here!

The only place I go in the Cheshire/brookhaven area, is clean, not overrun like my old favorite Patio Laundry, people aren't overloading/ breaking machines. Nice lobby. I'm sad the place is getting more discovered but there's a reason for that!!!

It is extremely nice. It has the latest version and technology in their washers and dryers. The App It is fairly friendly. The staff was super. They were very helpful. I am very grateful to find "the laundry lounge." They have other convenient services as well. It is clean, very professional, and organized. The best coin/app laundromat service I have ever seen or used. Thank you for your help.

Evelyn was literally the sweetest person ever ! She helped me load the machine and use the cashless options. Very user friendly machines and the place is super clean!
