I hadn't been to a laundromat and over 30 years but my washing machine broke down and we needed to get the laundry done. I had no idea how to use the machines and was dreading the whole experience. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was. Song, the attendant, was the sweetest most helpful person. She showed us how to use the machines and kept telling us that if we needed anything just to ask. If we ever need the laundromat again we'll be sure to bring our laundry here.
