Don’t waste your time or money hereI’ve been coming here for about a year and a half now And lately when I come have the washers Spin cycles don’t work. You have to constantly call the Number they have placed on top of the machines and have them reset them. Dryers don’t get hot at all today I go in coin machine doesn’t work soap dispenser doesn’t work. It used to be a good place, but not anymore. It’s time to move onto Another place.

Spin cycle issues occur when the clothes are under / over loaded in the machine. We have tried to explain this to you, and when it has occurred, we assisted you with the spin cycle in an appropriately sized machine.
Soap dispensers are stocked every day and we test them on a weekly basis.
Heat controls are managed by the settings you select on your dryer, and unfortunately, we cannot change those while your dryer cycle is still running.
Coin change machines have a service light that turns on after a certain amount of money has been dispensed. Unfortunately, we cannot predict when the machine is going to reach that limit. When the service light comes on, we leave a note at the machine for customers to get change from the store a couple of doors down, while we work on refilling the change machine. We understand and apologize for the inconvenience this causes.
It is disheartening to receive a one-star review after the service and support we have provided to you over the last two years; however, we’ll learn from this and will do better. We wish you the best and hope you find a laundromat that meets your needs and expectations. Take care and have a wonderful rest of your day!

Clean but too small. Only 3 stars because their machines could be more up to date. They use Speed Queen like Laundry City but unfortunately they don't have all the capabilities available ( ex. Extra rinse, more time, pre-clean, deep clean, etc).
I was amazed by just walking in. I don't even have enough words to express how i felt when i saw this place first time. So clean, updated, new washing JUMBO machines, different electronic washing options. Credit card corner, sanitizing bottles, extended operation hours, roomy and spotless. The size of washing machines got my attention. I highly recommend this place for anybody that cares about their laundry. This is my new place to go. I will never go to another laundromat but laundry room in Ludlow. Good job guys on keeping this place so clean and updated. This is the way to run business. Thank you so much

Cleanest laundry mat I have ever seen in my life and nice new machines Nick who was on staff was very helpful and a very pleasant young man this was best laundry experience in my life I highly recommend this laundry mat I for sure will never go to any other laundry mat again thank you

Super clean, great washers/dryers. I took a star off because this place is a bit expensive. Alot of places don't charge to dry your chlothes but this place does. Your atleast going to spend around 20$give or take depending on the amount you have each week.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your acknowledging our clean environment and the newer machines we have recently invested in. It is something we really care about and the new machines offer a highly efficient wash & dry in under an hour. With our current pricing of $1.75 or less per wash load, we believe is extremely cost-effective and we do our best to maintain fair pricing given the rising price increases everywhere. As far as being charged for using dryers and some places offer it for free, it is often not really free. In places that do this, they raise the cost of your wash so you believe the drying is free. We personally don't believe in those methods of pricing. Glad you are enjoying the facility, hope to see you back soon.
Very clean and modern facility, has obviously recently been renovated. Plenty of workspace and everything appeared to be in working order.
There are 4 sizes of washer; older single load front loaders, and three sizes of modern digital machines, “4 loads” “5 loads” and “8 loads.” Base prices are $3.50, $5.75, $8.75, and $11, a quarter or two more for hot, heavy duty loads.
My main concern is that the three largest washers only seem to run for 25 minutes, which frankly is not enough time both for the capacity they claim and the prices they charge. However, if your laundry tends to run light then that might be fine for you.
I’ll likely keep looking around and won’t be returning here

As to our Speed Queen machines, we invested in this high quality brand because they offered the highest level of efficiency with washing. They come with an advanced inverter system to ensure a thorough wash and a higher extraction speed even with a large capacity machine so it doesn't take longer for you to get your laundry done. Not all machine brands offer that technology and we were thoughtful about being sure to offer a high quality, cost effective and efficient product to our community.
For a large capacity machine, we think we offer a great value of $1.37 per load. We have heard great feedback about the ability to take care of bedding or other large items (boat covers) and get them cleaner than expected, especially whites.
