I don’t like giving low ratings. Keep in mind it’s my experience. The older female( working there) was not kind, not friendly, was very rude, & disrespectful. First issue I was separating my dark clothes from light clothes and was needing 3 washers to handle my load. She scolds me I can’t use the washers for the loads she viewed thinking I was going to overload into two washers. I said am separating my clothes, she replied there are bigger washers in front.( then says that there are other washers next to the ones I was planning on using)but felt the need to tell me this like I didn’t see them) I did see the bigger washers but another customer was in the way & didn’t want to get her way as she was there first. So I go to the front to use the bigger washers, the other customer moved out of the way for me to use the bigger washers. So the older female employee/maybe owner proceeds to clean then comes behind me stick her long dusting wand near my face ( she definitely was to close made me feel very uncomfortable)exactly where am pouring my liquid detergent she did this intentional. She obviously didn’t like me. I did not want to engage in any way other than saying am separating my clothes. I never felt so uncomfortable with this older female. My granddaughter was with me which made me feel real uncomfortable having to see this person being rude to me. Oh yes I did say don’t worrying I won’t come back 3 times. They’ll be fine that laundromat has been there for many years.like I said it’s my experience not anyone else’s. Unfortunately my plumbing for washer needs repair so until it’s fixed I just go to another laundromat.

All I can say is, wow. My first time coming here and an elder lady had the place clean and spotless, smelling very clean and fresh. Greated me with a smile and conversation and was very helpful. Was not busy, but I also got here around 8 am. Definitely will be coming back. Aura was good and safe.

2.25 washers up to 4.00, and one huge jumbo did not get to see how much that one was.
Dryers are .25 for 6 minutes
