Brand new business. Everything is clean and shiny. All the machines are computer operated too. If this is your cup of tea you'll love it here. Me, not so much. I don't like computers because of all the data that has be imputed and what people do with your data without your permission. Therefore I say caveat emptor.

Clean enviroment, no foul or strong scents or oders, plenty of washers/dryers to use, different sizes available for different loads, friendly/helpful workers, genderneutral accesible bathrooms for everyone to use; plus you need the laundry card to access bathrooms like a key card so you don't need to ask for help which is great, nice seating area to wait around inside, and pretty affordable pricing for the washers/dryers. I will consider coming back if I need to. Thank you for the great first time exprience.

This place works great for all cat and dog pissed/pooped pads and towels. I had also threw up a fee times from the monkey virus and covid virus and brought it here. I noticed a lot of residue left behind from the dog poop so i moved to …
Hi Tommy, no one has come to Emily to ask for a refund or to clean out a machine. The staff are constantly cleaning machines and there is a refund form you can fill out. As far as poop/barf in the machines, you need to dump that before washing.
Quick turn-around. Customer service is great 99% of the time. Occasionally you get a guy named Scott who is condescending and talks down on the owners of The Laundry Room
