Hi there Jenny, thank you for sharing your concerns. We want to clear up the confusion — replacement laundry cards are always available at the payment center if a card is lost or misplaced. You can also choose to register your card, which allows us to transfer any remaining funds to a new one with no issue.
What is unacceptable, however, is offering cash to an employee to use their management card. Those cards are strictly for store operations and can’t be used for customer laundry under any circumstances.
We value all of our customers and would never want anyone to feel pushed away. If you have any questions about replacing or registering a card, we’re always happy to help.
