3 reviewsIt clearly says open until midnight. Well I was recently there clothes in the dryer and was told to leave by attendant at 10:47pm. I wouldn't recommend it.
Our laundromats are clearly posted as open until midnight, and it is not our policy to ask customers to leave before closing—especially if laundry is still in progress. We’d like to look into this further, but we’ll need a bit more information.
Could you please let us know which location you visited and the date this occurred? We'd like to understand what happened, who may have asked you to leave since we don't have on-site attendants.
We truly appreciate your business and hope to make this right.
Super clean laundromat! New equipment and carts. Everything in good working order. Well-lit at night. Machines take coins or cards. All-different-size washers up to 9-load machines ($2.50, $3.75, $6.75, or $10) -- perfect for a puffy, king-size comforter. Convenient location right off the Beltline. Was there late at night and got to see the cleaning crew at work. They sweep and polish the floors, spray and wipe down every dryer and washer. Honestly, I think this is the best laundromat I have ever used. Thanks!
Thanks a bunch for the 5-star rating! We're thrilled you're happy with our laundry services. See you next time!
I have a complaint but am leaving a 5 star review because I really do love this laundromat!! It's clean, plenty of machines rarely are any of them out of service, and rates are great.
Today when i went to get my laundry out of the dryer I was going to walk past the owners and a technician working on a dryer. There was no signage or indication that this area was off limits. As I'm right about to pass the older gentleman who owns it says something very softly, I do not hear what he says and I didn't think he was talking to me. As i continue walking he gets right in my face to stop me and i have to take a step back, i was actually very surprised by this gesture of someone taking this quick step to get in front of me and block my way. He did ask me politely to go around, he was not unkind about it, but I think the way he handled this was inappropriate and very uncomfortable. So much so that I'm hoping I don't see him here again. Please next time either put up some signage to indicate that area is blocked off or speak up. But do not get right in my face and in my personal space. That was unnecessary and made me extremely uncomfortable.
Thank you for your thoughtful review and for being a loyal customer—we really appreciate your kind words about the laundromat.
I want to personally apologize for the way things unfolded during your visit. That day, we were working with a technician on a machine that had live voltage exposed, and I was trying to quickly prevent anyone from walking through for their own safety. I understand now that I should’ve spoken up more clearly and posted a sign, and I absolutely hear you that stepping in close like that felt uncomfortable. That was not my intention, and I’m sorry it came across that way.
Going forward, I’ll be sure to use better signage and clearer communication when repairs are in progress. I truly hope you’ll continue to visit, and I appreciate your feedback—it helps us improve while keeping the space safe and welcoming for everyone.
