Saw that on the door this morning online it says you guys have restrooms and I have business but not with you guys if you dont have a least a customer restroom PLEASE update these things when you decide to do them i drove over 30 minutes thinking I was gonna get a laundromat with a public or at LEAST customer restroom but no and thats a deal breaker for me because I have a small child. So no business for you guys and what a waste of my time and money. All this company had to do was update the profile on Google.

Can I call this is a "FAKE " review with no fact?
Booms Laundry opened since 2014 and been here for 12 years , we had the restroom since day 1 however, the restroom open only for the customer who comes and do the laundry here not for whoever that walks by and trash the place and left us the needle or use our sink as a shower room .
1 star review from you is UNACCEPTABLE, if you read and don't understand the sign well why don't you call and ask and I am certainly sure the attendant here is very happy to guide for the first time customer.
Gave us bad review from services that never had is not a proper manner from normal people . Please don't do this to anyone business .We are family owned business ,we work so hard to be as we are nowadays .
Of course, you are not welcome to my establishment .Please go and enjoy your laundry day elsewhere .

Walked in at 5:40 one night and person was busy on her phone she let me put them in the washer start then came up to me and told me to go to another place to dry them because their last wash was 5:30 she wasn't busy on her phone she should of stopped me and said our last wash 5:30

Were you here before ? I don't think so but I am certainly sure , you were related with Mr.Gregg and he asked you to review. Doing this way may ease your upset feeling but ruin my business . I do apologize once to Mr.Gregg however, doing this way not acceptable .

clean and all new machines attendent is always there and free wifi and tv ecellent service open sundays
the closed Sunday thing was a website we had no control over.

I have never been to a laundromat before. Ever. So I was nervous for some reason haha. When I got there it was so nice and spacious inside, even when busy. There were plenty of washers and dryers and everything was so fast. There was even an arcade machine that kept my fiance busy : )

The lady who works here, Robin - is so unpleasant and unwelcoming. She is unnecessarily rude every single time I’ve been here while she is working, not only to me but to other customers that I have witnessed as well. My 7 year old daughter …
