Typically have had a positive experience using services. Door says open until 10. I walked in to use the dryer at 9 and was denied services. Apparently they wash clothes for Amazon orders which is fine but that also seems to disrupt public use of the facility. I wasn’t going to to start a new load to wash I just need to use the dryer for half hour. Both doors were wide open even though they said they were “closed”.

I've been coming here on and off for years, though it's out of my way and other laundromats are closer to me. It's always clean, quiet, and well lit, and the staff are friendly. It's usually not busy, and the washers and dryers work great with reasonable prices.

This place was really nice and friendly when me and my fiance got there and did our laundry throughout the day and had absolutely no problems with staff or other customers at all. BUUUTTTT and this is a big BUT when we were all done and we're sitting outside the laundry mat we had to wait for a friend of ours to come and pick up this big bin that we couldn't fit in our own car and it was full of our clean cloths and next thing I see this police officer pull up and I joked with my fiance and said what did you do and she said nothing. Next another one pulls up and they get out and go inside there and talked with the lady we had friendly dealings with the whole time we were there next thing the officers come back out and commence to tell us that we had to leave from there immediately cause the laundry mat people said they didn't want us there anymore. We said earlier in the day we were going to make this laundry mat the one we choose from then on but this end of the day thing with the police just ruined it for us

I brought in warmest winter parka in for dry cleaning. Received back in timely manner. When I got home the outside looked good , but I thought the inside was missed or maybe should be better. I returned with coat to show my concerns. The people working were very nice and understanding . They said they would do their best to make it better. And they did make it right!. I'm very happy with my outcome and service. And no extra charge or hassles. Thank you Cindy and A 1 Laundry & Dry Cleaning
