I don't go to laundry mats often, but this has to be the best one ever. Far cleaner than any other I've ever seen, can use payment cards instead of lugging a bag of quarters around lol... they have snacks, a microwave, a relaxing area to chill in while waiting, Wi-Fi and decent parking!

Cassie Nicole is the best ever She's a Sweetheart and very friendly, she shows you about everything And keeps you updated if anything is down or broken anything like that !! Like today, she is training somebody and she is so good showing the new girl how everythings works

I arrived to The Wash House CLE at 8:10pm knowing they have a close time of 10pm and was relieved to see a sign on the door saying that last wash is at 8:30. I attempted to come in with a small basket and was rudely greeted by “attendant” saying they are closed. I pointed out the sign says on the door states last wash at 8:30pm. Attendant stated the last wash is at 8:05…. If that’s the case why is the sign on the door not accurate? Would love to rate higher but clearly, I couldn’t wash at this location.

Edited to add the website also doesn’t reflect the information I was told because it clearly states last wash is at 9pm…
