It was pretty dirty it was trash laying everywhere the bathroom was dirty yeah it wasn't good
Hi Keith. I apologize if you had a bad experience. I am wondering when you were there. Was it in the late evening or early morning? We typically pride ourselves on our cleanliness as you can see from our previous ratings. However, we are open 24 hours and are unattended in the evening and early morning so it can get a bit messy. Give us another shot and come by during the day if you are able.
I love coming to wash my clothes here, the stuff is amazing and so nice. This place is always spotless clean and thanks to Vilma she was so nice helping me today with my question.

This place is really helpful if you have a debit card and don’t want to get coins every time you wash. However, I do feel it can be a bit racist. It’s predominately Hispanic that do wash at this location and that is fine. As someone said …
Hi D. I apologize if you felt like you were being singled out. I do not allow any type of discrimination and welcome anyone and everyone into our store. We have had many 5 star reviews from all nationalities stating they love our laundry. If you could tell me when you were in then I can better address any issue.
Options for pay by coin or card. Open 24 hours, though the later you are there, the more drama may occur. Office closes and attendant leaves by 9 or 10pm and the bathroom is locked at that time as well. If the place is crowded, watch your clothes or someone may take them out and put them somewhere else so they can use that washer or dryer.

This is a great place to wash it has a great environment the woman there always help with my clothes and they are always ready for whenever I need anything thank you ladies of the laundry

I like this place for the attention and it is very clean and I recommend it. Vilma is very attentive and I recommend it to the amostades, that's why I gave it 5 stars. There is no other better place to go to my clothes...
Horrible. $5.50 for an average size washer and then they charge more money if you want to use warm water and even more money for hot water!!!! I bet the hot water is turned off or minimized. $8.00 for 1 average size washer with hot water. I packed everything back inside my car and left. I didn't check if the dryers charge more money for low, medium, or high heat. I feel sorry for the morons paying to be exploited. There were many people there getting ripped off trying to wash their clothes. God help us all.
