Our family started using The Wash House's drop-off and pick-up bundle service, and it is the best one in town! We were ysung a different laundry service but they suddenly stopped servicing our area and we had to find a new service rather quickly. I did a Google search, and it recommended The Wash House Antioch, TN. I went by to see what it was like, and I was very impressed. The parking lot was clean and plentiful. And the inside was very clean and well lit. We have used the service several times, and we can truly say that The Wash House is very clean, with excellent prices and a very kind and courteous staff. We have been going for over a month, and it has been such a huge help for our household. We also love the excellent turnaround time. Usually, the turnaround time is the same day if you drop it off earlier in the day. The clothes are clean and folded, and the socks are paired. We love this location, and we know that we will continue to use this excellent service moving forward! ❤️

Well lit, hella hot dryers (I didn’t need to use the washers but assuming they’re on par with everything else, they’re probably excellent!), and fair pricing. Having a third shift attendant also added to my peace of mind in relation to my safety.The attendant, Bobby Lou, actively monitored the parking lot, tidied up the facility, and even helped carry my massive amount of laundry to the car. Even the bathroom was spotless! Highly recommend!

I had a frustrating experience at this laundromat. I stepped away for a moment and my handheld massager disappeared, and even my drink was gone shortly after. It was just an uncomfortable vibe overall. I couldn’t get help or ask questions because no one seemed to speak English — I honestly felt like I needed to pull out Google Translate just to get by.

The environment felt disorganized and not very secure. Definitely not what I expected when I showed up. I wouldn’t come back or recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, professional laundromat experience.

The place is fairly clean but the customers are awful. People often pile their stuff in front of the machine you’re using and will not move it even while you’re trying to unload. Then they start loading their stuff into the machine almost before you’re done unloading. I don’t think the driers lock, so you do have to guard your load the whole freaking time, because I’ve come back during the middle of a load to find someone had removed my clothes and had put theirs in!! I give it 4 stars for the facilities but the people are very frustrating. I would not recommend this place because of the customers.
