Refused to give me the wifi password for the "free Wifi".Should have asked before I put $40 in their washers. She appeared mad that I asked. We are the only customers here btw. It's very clean. Need the restroom, don't want to disturb her to open it tho. I'll go somewhere else to dry my clothes
In Response: I am not confused. I was there Friday Nov.28 from 8:39-9:24 pm. The attendant was a female with long dark hair. If she doesn't remember me, I am sure she remembers my 6'4 black husband who also asked for the password. Before we left, 2 young black men came in with their laundry. They were also refused. She told them the same thing she told us. " I don't know it ". We took our wet clothes and went where we felt more welcome. If you review the camera from that date/time you will see what I have written is true. It's actually unfortunate. It's avery clean facility and the washers ran very well.

This is the cleanest Laundry Mat I have ever been too. I loved that everything was updated and there was no need for quarters. The manager (sweet, pretty, lady, her name started with a V) is so pleasant and kind. Seems like she loves her job and likes people.!keep up the good work.!! The only think that bothered me was I wish everyone was made to wear a mask. Also the bathroom was sparkling!!! Will definitely be back and recommend.

The service at the machines is terrible; they don't accept debit cards, and if you put in coins, most of them swallow them. They started with excellent quality, but like everything else, it's gone downhill.
