There’s no worker here. The machine took my twenty dollars says it’s in escrow. Can’t get ahold of anyone. I’m not from just trying to was a load of clothes. Now I’m out of twenty dollars.

I called for assistance, and even though the young man I spoke to was no longer associated with the Wash House (evidently he had been let go), he kindly talked me through step by step how to fix my wash cycle. He even told me of a more convenient location closer to my home. He also gave me the service number of the person who replaced him so I could get a refund. Amazing customer service, even though it came from an ex-employee. I can only imagine how great the person they replaced him with is!

WATCH OUT FOR THE RUDE LADY/OWNER + DRYERS DON’T HEAT WELL!!! I’ve had to use this place while waiting for the part to arrive for our dryer to be repaired. It’s a nice and clean facility, but the dryers don’t get hot. You have to keep adding time. I don’t care if you need to charge more—-I don’t have time! Also, the owner/lady is really mean and DOES NOT WEAR A MASK!! I was minding my own business folding when she approached me to talk about how I need to open and close the dryer doors...like I needed instruction. When I asked why she was in my face without a mask, her response in broken English was that “she don’t need one.”
