Got a formal dress and a winter jacket dry cleaned here, reasonable prices ($20 and $10, respectively). Drop off process was a little clunky but manageable; the reason for 3 stars is that the winter jacket I dropped off got damaged during cleaning and I also wasn’t notified of that. Two of the three decorative clasps got broken, but I was never informed of the damages when I picked my items up. I didn’t know until I brought my jacket out a few months later for the winter season. Luckily my formal dress came back fine.

Closed more than an hour before their own sign said they would and my clothes are still inside. No phone number to call.

Clothes were not ready at the agreed time, then they tried to charge me $2.50 to use a credit card (which wasn't mentioned when I dropped off my clothes). Will not be returning!

I'm so sorry about your bad experience! I just took over the business and plan on adding an ATM. We have also deep cleaned the facility as it was very dirty.

Earlier this year my basement flooded and many of my clothes had severe mold damage. Martha at the wash tub truly saved the day and most of my belongings! She cleaned bags of clothes (cashmere, leather, etc.), bags, coats, and more in 24 hours and at an extremely affordable cost. Without her, I would have had to throw away most of my things. She handled everything with extreme care, and was very communicative and kind. I cannot thank her enough for all of her help and hard work! I would trust the Washtub with any of your belongings and recommend it to all my friends!! Go here for all of your cleaning needs!
