You can’t even use quarters anymore. You have to use a credit Card or debit card to even be able to go In to do your laundry garbage place will never go back there again it’s located in a trailer park like literally half your business comes …

Wow I get that's it's been only a day or so since the new owners took over. Had the pleasure of chatting with one last week. Great fellas and the laundry mat already looks 100% better. I can't remember when it was so clean. Thanks guys.
Oh and the attendant was gracious and did a top job of welcoming me.
Well this is just a quick little update. While I still believe that this laundry mat has a great deal of potential the last three times I was there the machines I used didn't have hot water for the wash. And one machine washes in cold and rinses in hot so maybe the lines are switched in the back of that one. But if I'm forking out seven bucks to wash and another three to dry I'd like the machine to wash in the Temp I've selected and the dryers to be the temp I set it on. I mean seems reasonable. And there's a machine that I've turned in that won't take any quarters but the machine next to it says out of order when that one was working.
But I'm sure it'll all be worked out once the new owners really get going on the updating.

Place closes when it wants to. Supposed to close at 9pm got here 855pm and it's black inside, signs off and everything and I just needed to pick up my dry clothes. Normally it's a decent place but don't think you're gonna leave for a few and come back when your clothes are dry if it's anytime close to closing. I still use this place though

This is for the U-HAUL-

The guy had no idea what he was doing. Wouldn’t even speak to me. Only would speak to my boyfriend. Even though I was the one making the reservation. Had issues with our reservation. Ended up having to have my boyfriend’s license on file instead of mine. Charged my card twice when he said it was going to be a set amount. The back of the trailer had slime in it. It was sticky and gross I had to ruin a blanket by laying it down in the back so my stuff wouldn’t get ruined. The tire had low pressure and the guy said “as long as it’s in town, would be fine and to not worry about it”. I rented it for 8 hours and we didn’t even end up getting it till 2 hours after my pick up time thanks to the guy they left in charge. We had to have it back by 7 which is only 5 hours worth of use and I was moving across town and had to make 2 trips. Wasn’t enough time. I had to leave things that I now have to find a way to get. It was a terrible experience and I have pictures to back it all up. The guy was annoyed with me taking pictures of the truck before we took it. Also when my boyfriend went to go drop it off the guy wanted him to stay there while he checked the oil ? He asked for a manager and the manager told him it was ok to leave and the guy didn’t know what he was really doing. If he didn’t know what he was doing then he should of been left ALONE to do it.
