100 reviewsI recently moved down the road from this laundromat & this one had the best reviews. I’m a clean freak so cleanliness matters & I know that can be a bit of an ask in the grand scheme of things if using something that’s available to the public for whatever their needs of it may be.
This location is very well maintained, the girl who works there (I forget her name) is super knowledgeable about the machines and she’s very kind!
A few days ago I went to wash my bulky bedding in the big washer & I made a mistake that was totally on me but I wound up being charged for a cycle I “ “started” then canceled. I reached out to the number listed here and the owner told me it likely wouldn’t charge me if it didn’t run but to reach out if it did after 24 hours. It did end up charging, again the mistake was end game really on me, but once I explained it to him he acknowledged where I’d gone wrong so I don’t make said mistake again and then refunded the cycle charge.
I like this laundromat for all the things I need from it. Cleanliness, kindness & knowledge from employee there so I don’t accidentally ruin my fluffy bedding, and professionalism from owner himself. 😁😁😁😁 10/10
Thank you for the kind words support. Emmily does a great job and I’m lucky to have her as an employee
yes we really good now the dryer is not drying is spending more money on the dryers now than you used to have to cuz I'm not getting hot like that supposed to used to love the place
The man at the counter made me super uncomfortable when he rushed up to me turning my cash into quarters and then took my quarters before it even was finishing coming out and told me he could hold it until I brought my laundry in. Definitely bringing my laundry and money else where
When a person comes into the laundromat, empty handed, and goes straight to the change machine they are usually only interested in harvesting quarters to use someplace else. In this case I walked over to the area of the change machine and asked if you were doing laundry here. I could have yelled from the counter area but feel face-to-face is more polite. You said, "my laundry is at home, I need to go home to get it". Nobody does that. You clearly were not there for anything other than quarters.
The change machine has a sign on it stating it is for customer use only. The change machine is there for the convenience of our customers. If you need quarters for outside use, consider visiting one of the local banks.
You were immediately refunded your money. You were always given courtesy and respect.
Clean and easy to use. Staff was very friendly!
Everything was clean, the washers and dryers work fast and as they should.
Thanks for visiting TPL. A clean place with reliable equipment is important. We appreciate your observations.
We hope you are taking advantage of our frequent washer program. After ten loads, the next one is free. If this is new to you the attendant can provide all the details on your next visit. It's a very popular way to save money that's been in place for over 32 years.
This place is fantastic. It's clean, the machines work well and are of good quality (Speed Queens), and it's affordable. The workers are nice and helpful, and they have dry cleaning services. They don't do dry cleaning in house, they send it to another facility to do, so if you give it to them on Tuesday, you should get it back Friday.
I recently started coming here after significant problems with the other laundromat down the street. I only wish I had started coming here sooner.
I mean, let's face it. nobody enjoys this task. however, this is the nicest laundromat I've ever been to! it's bright, cheerful, clean, and actually attended by a very nice lady!
Good for bedspreads
