Great people,great service and always clean.The works are super nice and very helpful.Top it off they have a card club!! If anything goes wrong there is always someone there to help. Its a worries free laundry mate!! I would give this place 10 stars.

I go here every Sunday. All the machines work and it is never crowded. Thirty Pines makes doing laundry super easy. The attendant (Emmily) is always super friendly as well. She was super helpful and showed me how to work the machines when I first arrived. This is definitely a great place to do laundry, with great staff.

The worker had me put my king size comforter in a smaller washer. I shared my concern That it would not clean properly because the washer was so full. She said O don't worry it will get clean. IT DID NOT GET CLAEN. I told her it didn't get clean And she did not offer to do anything to rectify the situation. I will not be using this laundromat again.

Been going here last four years owners as well as Becky and Jodi have always been awesome.
New owners making changes I don't care for, I go in today and express my dislike politely and get a boat load of attitude from some new rude employe.
I am done good thing there are other laundromat around.
I wouldn't recommend thus place anymore?
I did get the owners phone number from another friendly employee and had a good conversation with the owner.
That does not change the fact that there is an employee working for him that thinks it is OK to not hear out, a long-term customer and jump all over that customer with attitude and tell them they don't have to come there anymore.
The employees attitude is i don't want to to hear you out I would rather tell you you can go somewhere else.
I support mom and pop business over corporate conglomerates, that being said there is always another business down the street if you are verbally abused by an employee.

Bottom line beware that the new owner at the Laundromat in Thirty Pines plaza in North Concord on Fisherville road has an employee that treats customers abusively. If consumers are expected to treat employees with respect why are employees allowed to be abusive to customers with no accountability.
It's not OK.
The laundromat is looking new and improved, I don't like changes at times, nevertheless this abusive employee and changes na, there 3 or 4 other laundromat within 1 to 4 miles.
