Thirty Pines Laundromat

This is to correct misinformation in the review posted by Heather Smith.

I am very familiar with the visit. Ms. Smith has in fact come to Thirty Pines Laundromat multiple times; never to utilize the facility but just to extract coins from the change machines, which are clearly labeled "For Customer Use Only". We have no idea why she regularly comes in for change but assume it is to use in another similar facility that does not provide access to a change machine.

If Ms. Smith regularly needs to purchase quarters, for any reason, she should consider trying one of the local banks.

On this particular visit the attendant informed her the machines were for customer use only. She was asked to first bring her laundry in and she could have access to the machines. She refused and became very agitated, and loud.

These machines are provided for the convenience of the customers of Thirty Pines Laundromat. This has been the case for over thirty years, but occasionally someone comes in and ignores the posted notices.

Ms. Smith was treated with courtesy. There are other choices and Ms. Smith is certainly free use some other facility. There is no need to fabricate a story, however.

Hi, so sorry that your credit card was declined. We have no control over that. It has to do with the credit card company themselves. Yes, due to the bathrooms being destroyed twice in 60 days we had to end the use of available bathroom it is unfortunate but we have no other choice for safety and a health standpoint.
