I brought my comforter in to be cleaned and they RUINED IT. They didn't even bother to tell me. They accepted payment for RUINING a hundred dollar comforter. If anything she should have been apologizing and offering some sort of compensation. It's literally ruined. I home and went to put it on my bed and it's completely trashed. All the stuffing is stuck weird places. They clearly dried with the heat setting too high! I'll never go back there. I wouldn't let them wash my dog's bedding.
