This place has made many mistakes throughout the time I have been going here. I have had someone else's shirt mixed with my cleaning that I've had to return. Another time I went to turn in some cleaning and the girl in the front was asking me if a random shirt was mine because they forgot to tag it. This last instance, they charged me for a piece of clothing that they did even not clean. There were other pieces that looked questionable if they were actually cleaned or not. When I brought it to their attention, the owner was too busy to speak to me and the girl at the front made it seem like someone else's problem. I expected at least the owner to acknowledge what happened, that it was their fault, and that she would do her best to make sure it did not happen again. But none of that was conveyed and they would not refund my membership fee when I explained I could no longer go here anymore. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone.
Darshana, we strive to provide great customer service and apologize for the inconvenience this experience has caused you. We do, in fact, tag every piece of clothing and clean every item, except in the instances when we receive a damaged item, as to not be held responsible for the damage in which we received it. We acknowledge and apologized for the mistake of that item not being taken off of your bill and you were refunded that amount. Memberships are non-refundable, however, once you used it to receive your discount. Once again, we reget your decision to not use our services anymore, as we strive to make sure instances like this are not repeated. Thank you for your loyalty over the years!

Hi Darshana = we’re really sorry to hear about your past experience. Our family recently took over Anthony’s Cleaners as the new owners and while mistakes can happen, we never want a customer to feel unheard or uncared for.
