Never buy something from this laundry . I wanted to get snacks for my lil bro , I inserted my card , it took away $4 and I didn’t get any snack , it took away my money .
I asked the person working, she said , she don’t know how to operate it . Too bad

Love the one price bag where they wash, dry and fold for you! Very clean and the people who work here are generally in a good mood.... caught the odd one out a couple times but it didn't deter me. Would definitely recommend to friends.

This was a tough review for me. I more or less, was pressured to write this review by an associate who works for this establishment upon my last visit 10/17/2024; to the point that she (jokingly but not) demanded my phone, insistent that I write a review before I left. Yes, I did say that I would when she's asked in the past, which I dismissively said yes, thinking she would drop the subject. Then, persisted to guilt me with a look, further pressuring me as I was trying to fold my things and leave. Needless to say, I won't be back. Which is a tough decision for me, because I really liked this Laundry, it's clean, the Attendants are always very helpful, the water bottles are a nice touch, vending machines are reasonable, and there is a restroom for customers only. Other cons, washers a little pricer than others, which is understandable, not 24hrs, and there's also a card you have to use like at a video game arcade. Other than that, I wish I didn't have to find another place, this was very convenient for me. The only thing that saved this place from a one star rating is, all the good service I received in the past. Sorry, not sorry, but I was not comfortable at all with what happened, I just wanted to be left alone to handle my business, I figured short and to the point, not much conversation, and headphones in was enough. I also, only write reviews for something spectacular or, when I've had a terrible experience and unfortunately, this was one of them.
