For the past 8 years, I’ve used this laundrymat a couple times a year for large items. I have always found the machines and facilities clean, and the staff very courteous and helpful. The small facility size and full time staff presence makes me feel safe personally, as well as my belongings protected. I’ve never used their personalized laundry service, but I have witnessed the staff doing a good job caring for customer belongings. This will continue to be my neighborhood laundrymat of choice.

This place has the best service in this area, especially DROP-OFF just leave your dirty laundry and come to pick up clean. Especially convenient if you live or work in Ballard or Greenwood like me or Downtown you can just leave it on your way to work and pick it up on your way back home.
